Roller Derby Nationals

Roller Derby Nationals were this past weekend in Austin, TX. The level of play was simply amazing! I was sitting on the edge of my seat for hours at a time. Seattle's Rat City Rollergirls made it to the finals, but they were ousted by the Kansas City Roller Warriors. I also had a great time EATING in Austin. I made it to the Hula Hut where I had the best dish ever - chicken and cheese stuffed into a deep fried avocado. Pure genius.
