Help!!!

I need people to teach me how to wrestle! And soon, jello wrestling is less than 3 weeks away! Gus is no help, he takes me down in one move and can't seem to pretend to let me win ('cause he's an "Urban Ninja"....right). So if there's anyone out there who is willing to teach me some tricks, I am all ears. I really want to avoid being pinned in the first 10 seconds.
